Ms. Hirano was born in Tokyo, 1966. She is a graduate of Tokyo University Liberal Arts Department and has an extensive experience in project planning & management, PR and marketing at NTT (Tokyo), Japan Foundation (affiliated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Tokyo & New York), and Japan Society New York. After a brief period as Commercial Director of Sakura France, Ms. Hirano began her own practice in September 2008. She is currently advisor to JETRO Lyon. |
